Dead by Daylight is a horror survival game with some light RPG elements. The gameplay itself doesn’t require too much explanation, but the story behind it is worth knowing if you want to fully immerse yourself in this action/horror game. This guide will teach you how to deal with every aggressive Survivor individually, and offer tips on surviving against each one effectively.
The “dead by daylight killer tips” is a guide for the aggressive Survivor. It includes builds, items, and tips for how to play as an aggressive Survivor.
Let’s imagine you’ve been playing Dead by Daylight for a while and want to try something new, like a more aggressive build. “I’m done fleeing and hiding from murderers; I’m ready to fight!” you declare. Well, if it’s worth a penny, it’s worth a pound, so let’s go kick some ass.
High-rank players, courageous (or arrogant) low-rank players, and toxic f*cks will all benefit from this build. I’ll leave it to you to figure things out.
Let’s get this party started since there’s no going back now. There is, but you definitely shouldn’t commit to this build if you want to back out.
Perks
There are two sub-builds to select from in the aggressive Dead by Daylight build mentioned in this tutorial. Consider it multi-classing for you roleplayers out there. Like a Barbarian with a medical license, your selected sub-build may require you to choose several perks and equipment.
- Dead Hard: The quintessential hyper-aggressive perk, Dead Hard allows you to confront death in the face and declare, “No way.” Dead Hard is a must-have for this setup, whether you’re trying to save your life or simply want to BM.
- Yes, you’ll have to hide for a while to really create the item, but it’ll only be temporary, I swear. Get out of your locker as soon as you’re finished and prepare to make the Killer see stars. You can’t pick who becomes blinded, so it’s either you or your colleagues.
- Object of Obsession: You don’t want to lose track of the Killer, and now you don’t have to. Keep an eye on them and, if necessary, halt them at every intersection.
It’s all up to you.
You get to select your fourth benefit depending on what you wish to accomplish. You have a number of choices for a tenacious and trickery-based playstyle:
- Even if you’re downed, you’re always in play with Flip-Flop. If everything goes according to plan, you’ll be able to kick yourself out of the way and get back into the action. This one will give you a new lease on life if you pair it with a medkit.
- With this one, fight like hell and you’ll survive to see another day – and another death.
- Decisive Strike: Just because they’ve captured you doesn’t mean the game is finished. A solid decisive strike accomplishes two goals. First and foremost, it provides you with a fighting chance, and you are all about fighting. Second, to the murderer, it’s a huge f*ck you.
- Sprint Burst: Doing what we’re doing to these murderers requires speed and dexterity. The first half should be taken care of by Sprint Burst.
- Blast Mine: Similar to Flashbang, but with a more indirect approach. If you want to concentrate on generators in this match, switch out Flashbang for Blast Mine. Get the Killer’s attention first, then put it down. It’s even better if they go right for you, since there’s a possibility they’ll destroy the generator first.
- Adrenaline: Dependent on the situation, however if the Killer is between you and the Exit Gate, it can give you that additional boost you need to go past them.
For a more philanthropic approach, try:
- Deliverance follows the same principles as Unbreakable, but with the exception of hooks. This is for the more altruistic among you — think of it as self-forgiveness for the ensuing rage.
- Breakout: This one allows you to move faster around a carrying Survivor, giving them a better opportunity of escaping. Once they’re free, it’s up to you to keep them safe.
- Manhood: Of course, you must help the other Survivors, but you must also save yourself.
- Guardian: Untangle the Survivors, then track down and stop the Killer.
With these two, you might also pretend to be an engineer:
- Rookie Sprit: Doing generators aggressively is still aggressive; it’s just targeting a new target.
- Dark Sense: This one helps you strike a balance between repairing and aggravating the Killer. If you think about it, it’s a clear path to toxicity.
Cosmetics
I’d put on your toughest-looking clothes to complete the transition. People-slash-mystically-empowered-murderers should believe you’re strong and willing to kill someone on sight. If you really want to go all out and play David King, you can acquire his shirtless skin and appear like you’re ready for a bar fight. However, we don’t know much about The Entity, so maybe it is really terrified of bright colors? Wear anything you like; after they’ve been blinded eight ways to Sunday, they won’t be very concerned about your attire.
Essentially, you want to appear like this all of the time. Or something similar for any character you’re portraying.

Playstyle
Because this aggressive build is a bit more flexible than the Dead by Daylight rat build, you can still accomplish your duties normally if you like. The most important thing to remember is that you’ll be in the Killer’s face a lot. You should strive to square up with them on a regular basis, whether it’s to distract, save, or just irritate them. With this build, you’ll be kiting (and perhaps teabagging) the Killer a lot, so brush up on your pallet looping.
Attachments and Items
As I previously said, just because you’re aggressive doesn’t imply you’re not restricted to a certain job or function. You are free to do anything you want as long as you sign an oath to disobey the Killer at all costs. You thrive at shifting from performing objectives to becoming the Killer’s greatest headache with this build.
The obvious first option for things is to grab your brightest flashlight and keep it blazing for as long as possible. I prefer to have the Utility Flashlight with High-End Sapphire Lens and Long Life Battery with me. But don’t let me restrict you. If you want to rush in and become the world’s most ‘roided-up medic, by all means do so. A word of caution: you could wind up using the whole medical kit on yourself.
Offerings
You’ll want to concentrate on Offerings that offer you more Bloodpoints for survival since you’ll be fighting the murderer a lot more than usual. You may also pick a universal Bloodpoint modification for even more benefits. It’s just more efficient that way. If you’re already rich, you may choose between a fog-clearing Offering or a Shroud that connects you with others.
Simply attempt to create as much of a barrier as possible.
Always remember to take on the Killer — with this aggressive Dead by Daylight build, there’s no space for fear. Except than straight-up decking them in their odd, twisted faces, this is essentially all you can do. And if you had the opportunity, you would do the same.
Is it possible that this is all a bit poisonous? Maybe a little, but not because you’re poisonous; it’s all part of a plan to draw the Killer’s attention to you. In the end, all of this hostility and toxicity is only a means to a goal, even if it is a reportable crime. It doesn’t matter in either case. Get out there and cause a ruckus; your colleagues will appreciate it, and the Killer will be that much closer to the end of their rope.
Oh, my goodness, I nearly forgot! If you’re the last person alive, you have no choice but to attack the Killer. It definitely emphasizes the notion that you were just here to be a hindrance. It helps a lot if they leave thinking you don’t care about them at all.
I’m beginning to believe I’m the terrible person in this situation.
